naan!!!!!

There had been one frozen naan in my refrigelator since last week.

 

Last night,

 

I had a brain wave.

 

I will try to put the ingredients and cheeze on it,

 

and make a pizza!

 

 

I baked it on the pan.

 

Cheeze started to melt.

 

Good smell.

 

I tasted it.

 

Naan is so crisp.

 

Yes, this is pizza.

 

Ummm so delicious!

 

Naan changed into pizza.

 

It was a good idea.

I forgot to buy a bread for tomorrow morning,

 

so I made a cake with rice cooker.

 

It is very easy to cook.

 

Just three steps.

 

First, mix the ingredients.

 

Second, stir them.

 

Third, push the start button of rice cooker! 

 

I added the banana and cashew nut this time.

 

 

It is a perfect round and like a full moon.

 

It also has any craters!

 

I'm looking forward to having tomorrow's breakfast.

Takoyaki party

Last Saturday I had Takoyaki party.

Takoyaki is the octopus dumpling.

We four people cooked so many many Takoyaki and ate them all.

Making round form is interesting.

Especially, at that night,

two Takoyakis at the front in the following photo is the perfect round form to me.

We put Takoyaki sauce, dried bonito, and laver on the top of Takoyaki.

Usually when I eat something as soon as it was cooked,

it is the most delicious:)

breakfast for weekend!!

Today I baked banana scone for breakfast of weekend.

I used pancake mix so it was very easy to make.

Good smell in the kitchen!!

COROSUKE

Today I made COROSUKE with the omelette rice for lunch.

COROSUKE is the character of animation 'KITERETSU DAIHYAKKA'.

When I was a child,

I used to watch this TV program.

Acually his favorite food is the coroquette.

So 'CORO' in his name comes from CORO in the coroquette.

I would like to make KOROSUKE with the coroquette in the future.

rice ball children

Today my mom asked me to make rice balls.

I made many faces with laver.

They are rice ball children.

Last week I made any kinds of sweets with my friends.

There were nine people

so amount of chocolate was also so much.

We made chocolate cake.

I put berry on the top of one of cakes.

Smell of chocolate cake filled the room.

It was a smell which mekes me happy.

 We made truffle too.

We made a lot of white chocolate balls which contains mango.

Even before they were coated with black chocolate,

they looked so tasty.

I really wanted to eat them though I understood that they hadn't completed yet.  

Yellow balls turned black soon by coating.

We made two kinds of truffle.

Mango and Berry.

But we couldn't know if it was berry or mango till cutting

because surface of all was just a black chocolate ball.

We made cookies too.

Smile, rabbit, cat and heart... 

After we made up all kind of sweets,

we tasted them.

It was like a sweets buffet.

I really enjoyed both making and tasting.

Korean-style grilled beef party

A few weeks ago I joined the Korean-style grilled beef party.

One Korean girl made Korean dishes for everyone.

 

This is Korean pickle 'KIMUCHI'.

She made a lot of Kimuchi so we shared it after the party and took out it to each home.

She made 'Ddeogboggi' too.

This is Korean dish which uses rice cake.

I liked Ddeogboggi the best in the party.

Many dishes were brought to the table.

The preparation for dinner was about to be finished soon.

At last meat was grilled.

It was good smell. 

When we ate meat,

we wrapped it and Welsh onion with leaves and added any kind of sauses.

It was so tasty and succlent.

Meat and leaves is very good combination.

Most of Korean dishes are hot.

It was windy and cold that day

so thanks to Korean dishes,

I could heat myself.

I really enjoyed the party.

The organizer of the party told me that he would plan the 'cherry-blossom viewing party' next time.

I am looking forward to it.

brownie!

Last week I made brownie and sent it to my parents.

Yesterday I got call from my mom.

She said,

'That sweets you sent us was so tasty!

It was like a brownie!'.

Mom,

it was not like a brownie but it was brownie!

Doraemon omelette rice

Last night I watched Doraemon on TV.

Then I started making dinner.

I had an inspiration!

I made Doraemon omelette rice.

Last Sunday I made sweets small town with my friends.

When I was a child, I always dreamed of living in a house which is made of sweets.

Though I can't make real sweets house,

I can make small one!

Well, this is my house.

I would like to move to here!!

And this is a five-story pagoda which my friend made.

Later she gave me this, so this is in my stomach now...

This house is also what my friend made.

Cookies are so cute.

A lady in the front of house seems to be rich.

She wears pearl necklace.

This is sweets 'iPhone' my friend made.

Tasty phone!

And this is my friend's solar house.

She told me that there are solar panels on the roof.

I see...

This house is very kind to the environment.

We gathered our creations and a small sweets town appeared!

I made sweets house with eating sweets,

so when I completed making this,

I was already full...

Anyway, I really enjoyed.

I hope I'll make my dream house again.
